Full-Time, Year-Round. $15.50/hr to start, Medical & Dental Benefits The First Cook provides support in preparing and plating dishes during service in the Fetch Restaurant and Float Lounge. You will achieve as part of the team in the fast-paced kitchen environment to produce high-quality dishes consistently and quickly. You will enjoy cooking creatively with fresh, local ingredients.

Education/Experience: FOODSAFE Certificate 2-5 Years Culinary Experience Saucier and Entremetier experience an asset Skills: Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English Ability to Multi-Task and Work Under Pressure Ability to work in high-paced, physically demanding environment Physically Fit, Able to Lift/Move up to 40 lbs.

Salary	$15.50 hourly, plus benefits.
